Your first 30 minutes with F-Biz

You do not need a training course—just a phone, a PIN, and a short checklist. Here is the fastest path from install to your first recorded sale.

Install from Google Play, choose English or Kiswahili, and set your PIN.

Minutes 0–10: Account and business

  1. Download F-Biz by Fayvad from Google Play
  2. Sign up with phone or email; set a 4-digit PIN
  3. Create your business—pick goods shop or service business
  4. Add business name and location (helps reports and Market later)

Minutes 10–20: Catalogue

  1. Open Inventory and add 5–10 items you sell every day
  2. Enter sell price; add stock quantity if you track it
  3. Skip the long tail for now—expand after your first week

Minutes 20–30: First sale

  1. Tap Sell from the dashboard or bottom bar
  2. Add items to the cart and open checkout
  3. Choose cash or M-Pesa (M-Pesa on Pay As You Go and above)
  4. Complete the sale—check Transactions to confirm it saved
