Reports for bank or SACCO loan applications
Lenders want proof—not promises. A notebook of “good months” rarely survives scrutiny. F-Biz builds a digital trail of sales, expenses, and trends you can export when you apply.
What lenders typically ask for
- Sales history over several months (not just last week)
- Evidence expenses are tracked—not only money in
- Consistency: gaps raise questions
- Sometimes M-Pesa or bank statements alongside app records
What to pull from F-Biz
- Transactions — filter by month or year; export summary
- Reports — debtors, bestsellers, trends (Pay As You Go+)
- Insights — business health band and credit readiness tips
- Expenses — show costs alongside revenue (see our profit guide)
Build the record before you need the loan
Six clean months beats six frantic days of backfilling. Record sales daily, add expenses weekly, reconcile cash and M-Pesa at closing. Credit readiness improves when the data is real—not reconstructed for an application deadline.
Important
F-Biz does not guarantee loan approval. Credit readiness is guidance based on your records, not an offer from Fayvad or any lender. Always confirm document requirements with your bank or SACCO.
